The method

The Field

Two things that nest. A container, and what burns inside it.

Your field

Your field is yours — it always was. It runs at a frequency, a state, and everything you meet passes through it: the room you walk into, the conversation you're in, the day in front of you. Change what you're running at, and the same day meets you differently. That's not the world rearranging itself. It's you meeting it from somewhere else.

In sessions we build a field together. At first I hold it and you learn what it feels like from the inside. Over the weeks that reverses — you start holding it yourself, in your own kitchen, on your own commute, without me on the call. That handover is the point of the work.

Most of us treat our own energy like weather — something that happens to us, checked in the morning, endured by evening. But it isn't weather. It's the one part of any day that can actually be yours: not the meetings, not the news, not other people — the state you bring into all of it. Learning to run that on purpose is the whole practice.

The Violet Flame

Turning what weighs you down into what moves you.

Inside the Field, energy moves. What you've been carrying gets lighter. Fear loosens into something closer to love. I call it the violet flame because that is what it looks like to me when it happens.

Hold it.

How a session runs

Weekly, in three stages.

  1. Presence

    Arriving in the body.

You can't transmute what you won't feel.

  2. Inflow

    Energy comes in. The flame.

This is where the work happens.

  3. Perspective

    Imagination widens the frame.

What's left once the weight is gone.

And then you take something home

Every session ends with a five to ten minute practice built for the week in front of you — not a recap of the week behind you.
